Previously, he was Vice President at Meta, where for nearly a decade he oversaw AI applied research and engineering, product development and has managed large, multidisciplinary teams supporting core research and product initiatives. He also held senior engineering leadership roles at Google (leading Google Glass and wearables), Amazon (driving R&D across digital products and devices), Texas Instruments, and Palm.

Amir holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
