Meet Joe

Joe is a Partner and Head of Growth at Eclipse and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs scale their businesses from successful private to durable publicly traded enterprises.

Prior to Eclipse, Joe spent over two decades at T. Rowe Price where he led the firm's oldest — and one of its largest investment strategies — the Growth Stock Fund, a $100B+ large cap growth crossover fund. During his tenure as an analyst, he was selected by Institutional Investor as "Best of the Buy Side" for the consumer category in both 2007 and 2008. Before joining T. Rowe, Joe was Director of Operations Analysis for multi-jurisdictional casino operator, Players International, which is now part of Caesars Entertainment. He initially launched his career in his hometown of Chicago at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) where he was part of a select rotational program in audit and financial advisory services.

Joe holds a B.S. in Accountancy with Honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA with Honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Joe enjoys collecting and restoring cars, collecting and of course drinking fine wine, baseball (don't ever disparage his beloved Chicago Cubs), mountain biking, and hiking.
