Meet Nathan

Nathan is a Senior Finance Associate at Eclipse, where he supports the firm’s financial and operational functions. He’s passionate about using numbers to tell a story—turning financial data into clear insights that drive sharp decision-making in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Before joining Eclipse, Nathan was an Audit Associate at PwC, where he worked across private equity, venture debt, and real estate engagements. He led valuation testing for complex investments, supported IFRS and GAAP audits, and helped manage internal workflows across global teams.

Nathan began his career gaining hands-on experience in internal and external audit, developing a strong foundation in financial reporting, SOX compliance, and SEC filings.

Originally from Akron, Ohio, Nathan earned a dual degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Accountancy from The Ohio State University. A proud Buckeye, he enjoys cheering on Ohio State football—catching games at Bay Area watch parties or hitting the road to see them in action, like at the 2025 national championship!
